• You acknowledge that all investments carry risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
• You understand that the value of your investment can go up or down, and you may not get back the amount originally invested.
• You confirm that you have read and understood the terms of each investment product before investing.
• You accept that SahiEarn is not responsible for any loss that may arise from your investment decisions.

4. Referral Program

SahiEarn offers a referral program that allows users to earn rewards for referring new users to the platform. By participating in the referral program:

• You agree to only refer individuals with whom you have a personal or professional relationship.
• You agree not to spam or send unsolicited communications about SahiEarn.
• You understand that referral rewards are subject to the terms of the specific referral program in effect at the time of the referral.
• You acknowledge that SahiEarn reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

5. Payment and Fees

By using our services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your investments or transactions. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for any such fees.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

6. Withdrawal Process

You may withdraw your investment and earnings subject to the following conditions:

• Some investments may have lock-in periods during which withdrawals are not permitted or may incur penalties.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SahiEarn, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
